Millennium Metal Fabricating Inc was established in the year 2000. It is a family owned and operated company with over Thirty Five years of experience. The President of Millennium had worked in the Industry 20 years prior to the establishing Millennium. His capacities included managing over 400 employees & managing sales of 60 million annually. Our mission is to provide our customers with quality parts that are competitive prices & delivered on time.
We now have 20,000 Sq. Ft of operating space, which includes 10,000 square feet dedicated to welding & frame work. including an Inspection area with a 4' x 8’ granite surface plate & all necessary measuring equipment to provide first article & SPC capabilities.
Millennium’s Process
A daily production meeting provides a clear line of sight of our manufacturing objectives and helps to reinforce our quick turn requirements. Our sophisticated process helps to control raw material inventory, eliminate bottlenecks and track jobs on the manufacturing floor. Our suppliers are carefully chosen to meet our just in time needs by delivering materials within a day for those materials we do not stock. Millennium manufactures and ships products throughout the United States, according to our customer’s rapid requirements using the lean manufacturing process.
